A "doughnut" shaped black grommet for the standard airlock hole in plastic fermenters. Compatible with both Senior and Vintage airlock type. Has a centre groove which allows it to clip into the fermenter lid, making it more resistant to being pushed out if pressure builds up during fermentation. -

STC-1000 Temperature Controller-Bare
The STC-1000 is a temperature controller you can use to control your fermentation temperature. It has a hot and a cool circuit which you can use to heat and ferment your wort depending on the setting of your controller. This is a bare bones controller, and you need to assemble the controller yourself.
The easiest way to do this is to buy two cheap extension leads which you can use for all wiring and plugs/sockets, and then assemble into any suitable housing such as a Systema box.

Comes with a 1 meter long temperature probe.

Tophat Grommet
The top-hat or T-shaped grommet is a popular choice for use with an airlock in a fermenter lid. Tophat grommets are more robust than the black doughnut shape alternatives which can become damaged, however they are more easily popped out if there is excessive pressure build up in your fermentation vessel due to a blocked airlock. -
White Labs PurePitch® Next Generation WLP690 Acetobacter aceti
WLP690 Acetobacter aceti is a gram-negative rod bacterium commonly known as the organism responsible for vinegar production. Acetobacter aceti will oxidize ethanol into acetic acid and is found in many fermented products. This organism can be used as part of a kombucha culture, or can be used as a pure culture for vinegar production. Ideal temperature is 25-30C for growth but will more slowly oxidize ethanol at 20C.
