    This set of 4 glass fermentation weights are made just for us. We've tried many different weights to keep our vegetable ferments under the brine but these glass weights are everything that we like all rolled into one product. Place them over your follower (we use a clean piece of cabbage or grape leaf for our follower) and fit a fermenting lid.

    They fit wide mouth preserving jars. They're deep enough so that when the top hits the lid the base is still pushing the pickles down. They are easy to put in and to fish out of the jar by grabbing the little handle. They're heavy enough to keep down the most vigorous ferment and they are really easy to clean.

    These glass weights come in a set of four and will last you a lifetime of fermenting.
