This essence makes a subtly sweet rum flavouring with intense chocolate and vanilla, prominent cinnamon and clove notes with hints of coffee.

Still Spirits Top Shelf Rum Liqueur
This essence makes a rum based liqueur with chocolate, caramel and coffee notes.
Add essence and 550ml Alcohol @ 40% to SS Liqueur Base "C" (sold separately). Alternatively 350ml Sugar and 150ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125 L with water.

This essence makes clean white rum.
Add 7.5mL per 750mL alcohol @ 40%. Add 11.25mL per 1125mL alcohol @ 40%. Mix together and shake well. Makes 5 litres
