Glen Darroch Malt Whiskey flavour essence
Use this flavour essence to make a single malt style whiskey, full of peat smoke flavours. It's pale straw colour is identical to many of the famous brands.
Simply add the contents of the bottle to 2.25 litres of spirit or vodka and shake until fully blended.

A complex style whiskey flavouring with rich oak and subtle fruity tones.

Tennessee Whiskey Kit
Makes 1125ml of premium quality Bourbon. With Jack Daniels Oak and Sugar Maple Charcoal as used by JDs and genuine bourbon extract.
Kit contains:
- 20gm Sugar Maple charcoal (pack 1)
- 20gm Fresh Jack Daniels Barrel Oak (pack 2)
- Gold Medal Collection Tennessee Bourbon Whiskey concentrate
Instructions:
- Soak 700ml of 70% abv spirit on pack 1 for 2 weeks.
- Decant the infused spirit into a clean vessel filltering out the sugar maple charcoal (through fillter paper if necessary)
- Soak decanted spirit on pack 2 for 1 month.
- Decant the infused spirit into a clean vessel, straining out the oak chips.
- Dilute infused spirit to 40% abv with bottled water.
- Add the 40ml bottle of Collection Tennessee Bourbon Whiskey concentrate.
- Bottle and age for a minimum of 1 month.
