Mangrove Jack's Isinglass Finings 1L
Used to improve clarity for crystal clear beer and wine. Will also remove unwanted compounds resulting in smoother flavour. Sufficient for 250L of beer or wine. -
Calcium Carbonate 200g
Because of its limited solubility Calcium Carbonate is only effective when added directly to the mash. Use for making dark beers in areas of soft water. Calcium Carbonate raises pH. -
Antifoam 50ml
Antifoam controls boil-overs during wort boiling & distillation and over-foaming during fermentation. This leads to higher rates of evaporation during boiling, increases hop utilisation, prevents wort loss & unhygienic spillages.
50ml are enough to treat 1000l of product. -
Williams Warn BREWCLEAR - Clarification agent / finings 1Litre
WilliamsWarn Clarification Agent / BREWCLEAR works very well to sediment most yeast strains as well as remove protein haze (in beer).
Brewclear is also used to help reduce the gluten rate in beer (exludes wheat beers) down from 120ppm to 29ppm.
Beer dosed with Brewclear is considered a "low gluten product" in NZ & AU - (not gluten free).*Dosage rate: 1ml per litre of beverage.
