Still Spirits Top Shelf Dry Vermouth
This essence makes an Italian Vermouth which can be made with wine or spirit.
Add essence to 450ml Alcohol @ 40%; 625ml water. Alternatively, reduce alcohol to 150ml and replace water with 925ml dry white wine.

This essence makes a French-style liqueur combining brandy and fresh oranges.
Add essence and 850ml Alcohol @ 40% to Still Spirits Liqueur Base "A" (sold separately). Alternatively 200ml Sugar and 80ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125L with water.

Pimms No 1 Cocktail mix
Use this flavour essence to make a delicious gin-flavoured liqueur with a deep red color with the familiar taste of Pimms: 'herbal botanicals,' spices, and caramelized orange.
125ml bottle makes 1 litre of liqueur. Mix contents of bottle with 875mls 30% alcohol and shake well.
Add a measure to lemonade, garnish and enjoy!
