Dating back to the 14th century, ‘Wit’ is a style of beer that originates from Belgium. You’d be forgiven for thinking that this style of beer gets its name from the inclusion of wheat, but the name literally means ‘White Beer’ owing to its light colour.

Munton’s version of this classic style gives a complex beer that is floral with hints of orange and coriander seed, plus distinct spicy clove notes from the yeast.

Majestic, sparkly, and a little bit spicy; Unicorn is our answer for Belgian Wits, Blondes, and new age White IPA’s. This unicorn’s horn is made of phenols, shooting a rainbow of clove, spice, and bubblegum out its fluffy white head. High attenuation results in a dry beer with a perception of tartness. This golden Hazy IPA has a soft mouthfeel from wheat malt, and a pungent floral, lime, and stonefruit flavour from the Citra hops.
