This essence makes a dark rum.
Add 7.5mL per 750mL alcohol @ 40%. Add 11.25mL per 1125mL alcohol @ 40%. Mix together and shake well. Makes 5 litres.

Aged dark molasses rum steeped with five tropical spices for a special flavoured aroma. 40ml. Flavours 1.125 litres. -
Still Spirits Top Shelf Rum Liqueur
This essence makes a rum based liqueur with chocolate, caramel and coffee notes.
Add essence and 550ml Alcohol @ 40% to SS Liqueur Base "C" (sold separately). Alternatively 350ml Sugar and 150ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125 L with water.

A coconut rum flavouring. This product is already mixed with smoothing syrup, you only need to add spirit or vodka to make up to 750ml. 200 ml pottle.
