A true Red IPA - deep red colour and this delicious blend of complex malt and a big punch of American hops. Gladfield specialty malts selected for their deep red colour and rich malty profile are paired with Columbus, Chinook and Centennial hops.

The Grainfather counterflow chiller is used after boiling the wort to cool it down fermentation temperature. The counterflow does this by acting as a heat exchange between the wort and water from your tap as you transfer the wort from your boil kettle to your fermenter. Because this is a one-step process of transferring and cooling, it is more efficient and more sanitary than immersion chillers, and the curved design allows for similar performance to plate chillers without the crevasses that can make cleaning painful. 

Known for its rich nutty taste, Maris Otter is great for British Ales and Bitters. Part of the Muntons ‘Craft Your Own Story’ ingredient range. Use to build your own bespoke extract beer recipes. Combine with other extracts, hops and yeast to brew endless different recipes.
