Black Rock Classic Porter is a dark malty style Brew. Brewed with four specialty malts Black Rock Classic Porter is a complex, full flavoured dark beer. Great beer on a cold winter night, welcomes flavour additions such as cacao, lactose, coffee, bourbon or vanilla.

Black Rock Classic IPA is brewed with Ale and Lager malts with Caramalt and Roasted specialty malts for a rich golden colour. NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added at the boil to provide a moderate-strong bitterness.

Black Rock Classic Wheat is a golden wheat beer with a fruity flavour. This refreshing, lively beer has been brewed with 52.8% New Zealand wheat and 47.2% pilsner malt. NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added at the boil to provide a moderate bitterness to this concentrated brewery wort.

Our brewers have carefully chosen a blend of high quality dark and light roasted malts, hops and yeast to help you brew a full malt dark beer, rich in flavour with a velvet finish.

Black Rock Colonial Lager is a light coloured, easy-drinking session lager with low bitterness - perfect to quench a hard-earned thirst on a sunny day. Brew with 1kg Black Rock Liquid Brewing Sugar (or 1kg other sugar) for a light, clean finish. For more body, colour and malt flavour use 1.7kg Black Rock Ultralight unhopped malt extract instead of sugar.
