Black Rock Classic IPA is brewed with Ale and Lager malts with Caramalt and Roasted specialty malts for a rich golden colour. NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added at the boil to provide a moderate-strong bitterness.
Requires 1kg dextrose (sold separately), or for more body, colour and malt flavour use 1.7kg Black Rock unhopped light malt extract.
