DIY Tap Handle Inserts - Dual Threaded - 3/8″-16 threads, .625″ Length.

Want to make your own unique tap handles but the thread type is strange? These simplistic brass inserts are the answer.

All you'll need is a 12.7mm (1/2") hole drilled into your handle (Pine, Red Gum, Oak, Cherry, Maple, etc), then screw in with a large flat screw driver.

It is important not to push down too hard if you're going to using a screw driver, or wide drill bit. It will strip the thread. Let the piece cut into the wood. Ensure that it is straight.

Suits NukaTap and Intertap taps

The Nukatap FC (Flow Control) model is latest technology in flow control tap design giving you all the advantages of a forward sealing tap however still allowing you to control the flow speed using a simple flow control leaver on the right hand side of the tap. The Stout Spout extension can be used on any of the Nukatap beer taps. It has a removable creamer/aerator disc inside that is specially made to serve beers infused with nitrogen gas, and allows the nitrogen gas to flow smoothly through the faucet with the beer to create a smoother, creamier beer. Simply un-screw the regular nozzle and screw on the Stout Spout and use as you would a stout tap.
