Wyeast Beer Nutrient Blend is a custom blend of vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients required for yeast cells to carry out an orderly and complete fermentation from start to finish. A wort that is nutrient-deficient, or which has adequate nutrients but limited bioavailability to the cells, can experience inhibited yeast growth, disrupted or incomplete fermentations, inconsistent attenuation rates from batch to batch, and diminished cell viability. Supplemental nutrients are always beneficial, but especially valuable during yeast propagation and stressful fermentation conditions (e.g. high-adjunct worts, high-gravity fermentations).

Citra hops contains high alpha acids and are perfumed with tropical and citrus notes that make it a great flavour and aroma addition to your brew.  Citra hops offers an array fruit aromas ranging from grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, passion fruit, lychee, and mango.

Cryo Hops® utilizes the most innovative technology in cryogenic processing where whole-leaf hops are separated into concentrated lupulin and bract at extremely low temperatures to preserve the essential oils and resins. The result is an enticing LupuLN2® hop pellet that doubles the hop potency by 40-50% of traditional hop pellets for the same weight. 

Cashmere is the result of a marriage of Cascade and Northern Brewer. It features alpha acids higher than that of Cascade. A good dual-purpose hop, Cashmere showcases flavours lemon, lime and melon, exhibits a smooth bitterness and is mildly aromatic with a subtle herbal bouquet.

Talus™, previously known as HBC 692, is a variety from the Hop Breeding Company, which is a joint venture between John I. Haas and Yakima Chief Ranches. It is the result of a hybrid pollination of the Sabro™ and open pollination.

The aroma of Talus™ has been described as "intense flavors of citrus, flowers, and wood... with grapefruit, stone fruit, oak, coconut, and pine." The pine stands out as a great way to make the best Pacific Northwest IPA.

Meridian delivers a mix of tropical, berry, and citrus fruitiness with a hint of spearmint. A “top note” hop, nice in a saison, wit, or farmhouse, it can also be combined with more aggressive hops in IPAs to brighten the overall impression of the beer.

Alora™, the latest aroma hop from the Hopsteiner Breeding Program, is best known for its unique oil composition, high 3MH thiol precursors, and tantalizing aroma. Key benefits include:

• More than 50 percent of total oils are selinene—a sesquiterpene rarely found in hops
• Has five times more bound 3MH thiol precursors than Cascade
• Offers a low carbon footprint with stacked disease resistance
• Has an aroma of peach, apricot, yuzu fruit, sweet melon with an alpha range of 7–10%.

Developed by Hop Breeding Company and released in 2024, Krush™ HBC 586 c.v. bursts with citrus (orange), tropical (mango, guava), stone fruit (peach), berry (mixed berry), and woody (resin) characteristics that deliver complex, ripe, and punchy aromas. Krush™ presents similarly on the bine and in the glass. This highly unique and versatile hop is a fruit cocktail in cone form, and highly impactful in beer. It is a brewer favorite that shines in all styles of beer and hop combinations.

A whirlpool addition with a dangerous amount of hops (Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic & Cascade) supported by a light malt base will pull you into your glass smelling the citrusy goodness.

Our kits are fresh! We assemble the ingredients after you place your order. The grain bill will be milled, unless you tell us in your order comments that you prefer it not to be.
