Ariana is a new hop variety from Germany, and it's definitely not typically German! It shows aromas and flavours of black berries, blackcurrant, peach, pear, tropical fruits and resinous. Sounds to us like a great hop to try in your next hop forward beer. Try pairing it with some big new world hops (Citra/Mosaic etc) to increase flavour depth.
AA is usually around 9-13%.

Perle is German in origin. Bred there from Northern Brewer and 63/5/27M in 1978, Perle has its parent's minty, pine character as well as the spicy, earthy notes found in other noble hop varieties.
A dual-purpose hop, Perle falls in the high-middle alpha acid range. Though originating in Germany, Perle is now also grown in the United States and Belgium.

Galaxy is often described as having a passion fruity character along with aromas and flavors of clean citrus and peach. It may also carry threads of pineapple and tropical fruit. In short, its characteristics are all fruit with no floral, pine, or spice.
Flavour and Aroma are very intense, a perfect hop for tropical fruit forward pale ales, perfect hop for a NEIPA.
Alpha acids 11 - 16%. Typical total oils (ml per 100g) 3.0 - 5.0, which is the highest known.
