The League "Miguel" - Mexican Cerveza - All Grain Kit 23l
This recipe was not specifically designed to be consistent with the BJCP style guides, but we believe it is similar to 07A - Vienna Lager.
Summer has come and this is the perfect beer for a hot summer day. Cold, fizzy and super easy to drink. We've used a high percentage of Maize to lighten the body and provide a background impression of sweetness. Fermentation is done with M54 California Lager for crispness and minimal esters. For hops we've stayed in New Zealand: Wakatu & Motueka since we wanted a hint of lime (so you don't have to stuff a lime wedge into your beer).
ABV: 5.4%
Our kits are fresh! We assemble the ingredients after you place your order. The grain bill will be milled, unless you tell us in your order comments that you prefer it not to be.
This recipe has been designed to use acid malt to reach the target mash pH. If you wish to use the recommended mineral additions to achieve the intended flavour profile, these are to be added to the boil only. This kit does not include the minerals, but these can be purchased separately.

The League "The Rooster" - Red IPA - All Grain Kit 23l
This recipe was not specifically designed to be consistent with the BJCP style guides, but we believe it is similar to 21B - Specialty IPA - Red IPA.
A true Red IPA - deep red colour and this delicious blend of complex malt and a big punch of American hops. Gladfield specialty malts selected for their deep red colour and rich malty profile are paired with Columbus, Chinook and Centennial hops.
Brewed in collaboration with local home-brewers Curly Ginge.
ABV: 6%

The League "Casa Cerveza" - Vienna Lager - All Grain Kit 23l
This recipe was not specifically designed to be consistent with the BJCP style guides, but we believe it is similar to 07A - Vienna Lager.
Mexico - known in the world for bland beers you need a lime to give flavor to - has also been strongly influenced by Austrian brewers sometime in the 19th century.
The Mexican Vienna style lager is a beautiful malty amber lager - clean bready & toasty malt flavors just balanced enough by noble hops to make this beer highly sessionable.

The League "Freestyle" - New Zealand Pilsner - All Grain Kit 23l
This recipe was not specifically designed to be consistent with the BJCP style guides, but we believe it is similar to X5 - NZ Pilsner.
We just can't get enough of NZ Pilsners! This one, unlike others we've made before, uses the holy trinity of Kiwi hops: Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin & Motueka - and the bitterness is kept to a civil level. Have a sip and you feel home. Nice.
