Plantation Rum Liqueur flavour essence
Use this flavour essence to make a coconut flavoured rum which is an excellent mixer for rum punches.
50ml bottle makes 1 litre of liqueur. Mix with a spirit or vodka base.
You can also try these additions:
- Blend with 300ml Liqueur Base (H213) for extra sweetness and 650ml of 30% spirit.
- For Cream Liqueurs use Instant Liqueur Creamer (H225)

Heritage Coco Rum flavour essence
Use this flavour essence to make the famous pale coloured rum with light sugarcane flavour.
Simply add the contents of the 125ml bottle to 2 litres of 40% spirit or vodka and shake until fully blended. Bottle age for 14 days.
Pour over ice to enjoy full flavour.

Use this flavour essence to make a strong well aged dark rum typical of the big Jamaican brands with a very complex aromatic flavour.
Simply add the contents of the bottle to 2.25 litres of spirit or vodka and shake until fully blended.

Use this flavour essence to make a distinctive navy style, full syrup and blackstrap molasses with a straight from the barrel flavour.
Simply add the contents of the 125ml bottle to 2 litres of 40% spirit or vodka and shake until fully blended. Bottle age for 14 days.

Add essence and 550ml Alcohol @ 40% to SS Liqueur Base "C" (sold separately). Alternatively 350ml Sugar and 150ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125 L with water.
