Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most full-bodied reds produced in Australia. Compared to Pinot Noir, this wine is denser in color and flavor and has grippier tannins. Its full body makes Cabernet Sauvignon a great wine to pair with rich foods and flavorful sauces.
All wine kits are ready within the specified time but we recommend ageing in the bottle for longer period.
While most wines are meant to be enjoyed young, some wines, particularly those with high acidity, tannin, or sugar, can develop more complex flavours and textures over time when aged in bottles.
