A convenient tool for retrieving a sample of liquid from a PET plastic carbouy, or fermenter (not demijohns). Has a stop valve at the bottom which opens when pushed against the bottom of the vessel, allowing the Sampler to fill with the fermenting liquid. This can then be transferred to another container for testing fermentation progress and/or tasting.
