Potassium Metabisulphite 100g
Potassium Metabisulphite (PMS) is used for sterilizing & stabilizing wines, or ciders.
It is an antioxidant and bactericide that releases sulfur dioxide into wine must. -

FermZilla - All Rounder 60L
The FermZilla All Rounder 60L is the perfect fermentation vessel that can be used for fermenting under pressure, carbonating and dispensing. It's far more capable than the FermZilla Flat bottom but it's less complicated and less expensive than the FermZilla Conical Unitank. So like the name says it's the "All Rounder".
If you want to use this product under pressure we would recommend that you use the pressure kit.

BrewMaster Campden Tablets x50
Used for sterilising wine.
Instructions: Add 1 tablet per 5L of must/juice to eliminate any wild yeasts and bacteria, wait 24 hours before adding BrewMaster wine yeast. Contains Sodium Metabisulphate
CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid dust and fumes. Wash hands. If ingested seek medical advice immediately.

BrewMaster Wine Nutrient (10g)
DAP (Diammonium Phosphate). Supplies essential nutrients (especially nitrogen) to wine yeast, promoting good fermentation.
Instructions: Use with BrewMaster wine yeast for up to 25L juice.

Yeast Nutrient 150g - high (spirit) yield
150g Yeast nutrient. Contains minerals and vitamins for yeast growth.
Add 10gm per litre of wash or wine.
Formulated for distilling and wine making.

Wine stabiliser. Kills any residual yeast to prevent any secondary fermentation. Use before bottling.
Instructions: Sufficient to treat 25L of wine, use in conjunction with BrewMaster Campden Tablets.

Breaks down the pectins in fruit, releasing juice and flavour. Enhances yield naturally and clears wine.

Naturally occurring wine acid that adds brightness and boosts acidity.
Instructions: Sufficient to treat 25L of wine, add during fermentation.

BrewMaster Grape Skin Tannin 3g
Brings out the flavour and boosts the astringency and structure of red wines.
Instructions: Sufficient to treat 25L of wine, add 12 hours after adding a BrewMaster wine yeast.
