This recipe was not specifically designed to be consistent with the BJCP style guides, but we believe it is similar to 21B - Specialty IPA - NE IPA
This New England Hazy IPA is our first to use Sabro hops. If you ever felt like getting smacked in your face with tropical fruit and fresh coconut - don't look any further! We have to be honest, Sabro hops are the star of this beer, with support from NZ Trial hop 4337 and Nelson Sauvin.
Estimate ABV - 5.3%
Our kits are fresh! We assemble the ingredients after you place your order. The grain bill will be milled, unless you tell us in your order comments that you prefer it not to be.
This recipe has been designed to use acid malt to reach the target mash pH. If you wish to use the recommended mineral additions to achieve the intended flavour profile, these are to be added to the boil only. This kit does not include the minerals, but these can be purchased separately.
Note: Due to the recent naming changes, we may supply you with Nectaron branded hops instead of Hort 4337. This is the exact same hop with a new name and new packaging, and is to be used exactly the same.

I love this beer. Great orange colour and the haze lasts to the bottom of the keg! The hop combo works really well. I'm on my third batch Neep neep!
A Beautiful Example of a Sabro Hazy

If you like Sabro hops then you'll love this beer. A nice hint of coconut compliments Nectaron and NelsonSav up front. A regular beer on my tap list. In fact, I entered this in the Jasecomp beer competition where it won Champion beer.

Low on flavour and style - I tried this to venture away from "Mother of Invention" but was very disappointed
