Peckham’ Cider was invented by serial experimenters Alex and Caroline.  Wanting to make some proper cider, we planted a few cider trees back in 2004.  Most of the early planting succumbed to hungry goats, but this didn’t stop us being drawn in to the magic of grafting, training and harvesting; before long we had created a diverse and beautiful cider orchard which we continue to evolve.

    Pure Kingston Black juice wild fermented with locally grown Cayenne chilli peppers. Each pepper was de-seeded to minimise heat and to let the Cayenne’s lovely capsicum flavours shine through in this full bodied, dry cider.

    A little bit funky and unusual in a dramatic and appealing way. Made from traditional cider apples; flavours are apple peel and barnyard, texture buttery, finish dry with nice tannins and added complexity from barrel age.
