A perfect pocket temperature probe for homebrewing and BBQ! Check the temperature of your mash, whirlpool additions, or use it to check the internals of that fine-looking lamb roast on the bbq! With a range of -50°C to 300°C you will be hard-pressed not to get a temperature reading.

A dial-type thermometer that is made for the SS Brewtech Brewmaster Kettles, although it could be used in any 1.5" tri-clamp situation.

• Accuracy: +/-1%
• Stem length: approx. 6cm (2.5")
