When mixed to 23L, this pack will contribute a light gold colour up to 8 EBC, and a low-medium bitterness of 23 IBU and 1.017 gravity points.

When mixed to 23L, 1kg of this Wheat DME (2 x 500g packs) will contribute a pale gold colour up to 10 EBC, and 1.017 gravity points.

    You will need about 28 bottles for a standard 21L batch. Crown seals are also available, either standard type or oxygen scavenging if you wish to try and reduce oxidation of the final product.

    These replacement mesh filters are made of stainless steel. They are used in conjunction with both the top and bottom stainless steel false "bottoms". 

    Two are required, one fits on top of the lower false bottom and the other below the false "top" and work very effectively at keeping the smaller pieces of grain within the malt pipe and out of the pump.
