Our take on an Irish red ale. A mix of Golden Promise and wonderfully fresh Gladfield specialty malts, combined with Goldings Hops and fermented with an English ale yeast results in malty complexity with a touch of fruity esters and a classic English hop flavour.

The BJCP says: An IPA with the fruitiness and spiciness derived from the use of Belgian yeast. This beer has a more complex flavor profile and may be higher in alcohol than a typical IPA.

This one is brewed with a combination of New Zealand and German hops, providing it with a complex hop & Belgian yeast aroma backed by a solid malt base.

Clone recipe of Liberty Brewing's Sauvignon Bomb. Lots of people brewed a clone of Sauvignon Bomb for the Beervana 2018 Beat The Brewer competition, after Joseph Wood released the original recipe. This recipe uses Gladfield Toffee malt to emulate Warminster Caragold.

This clone recipe has been scaled for the Grainfather.

The League Brewery is the smallest craft brewery in the top of the South. Operating from the League of Brewers' home-brew shop, we make batches of beer of either 60L or 120L, using a Braumeister brew system and SS Brewtech fermenters and glycol systems.
