Smoothing Agent used to improve mouthfeel of flavoured spirits, will add some slight sweetness.

For Traditional Ales. Heat treated new American Oak. Gives traditional cask flavour to ales from the vanillians and tannins in oak. Cover 50 gm in boiling water then add to 23 L beer. Condition for one week. 100 gm Packaged in Auckland, NZ
