The Air Still Essentials Distillation Kit enables you to prepare and ferment your wash, collect distillate, dilute, filter, and flavour your neutral spirit with various Top Shelf Flavourings.

Transform the G40 or G70 Brewing System into a home distillery with the G40 & G70 Distilling Lid. This lid features an industry standard 4” tri-clamp opening to allow for the connection of the Still Spirits T500 Reflux and Alembic Condensers, as well as third-party distilling equipment.

This essence makes Rocky Rum.

Add 7.5mL per 750mL alcohol @ 40%. Add 11.25mL per 1125mL alcohol @ 40%. Mix together and shake well. Makes 5 litres.

A rich molasses taste complemented by sweet vanilla and fruit notes. A subtle spiciness with a long, warm finish. Ideal for adding to a neutral spirit or vodka to create a premium top shelf taste experience.

This essence is great if you love Bundaberg!

This essence makes a rum based liqueur with chocolate, caramel and coffee notes.

Add essence and 550ml Alcohol @ 40% to SS Liqueur Base "C" (sold separately). Alternatively 350ml Sugar and 150ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125 L with water.

This essence makes a subtly sweet rum flavouring with intense chocolate and vanilla, prominent cinnamon and clove notes with hints of coffee.

This essence makes a dark rum.

Add 7.5mL per 750mL alcohol @ 40%. Add 11.25mL per 1125mL alcohol @ 40%. Mix together and shake well. Makes 5 litres.
