Upgrade your T500 reflux or alembic condenser using this DN40 kit.

This will allow you to attach your T500 reflux or alembic condenser to any 2” tri-clamp accessory like the SS botanical sight glass, or Express 50cm Copper Tri-clamp Extension using your standard T500 lid, or Pot Still Copper Dome Top.

Lead free brass adaptor, is attached to the boiler lid with the original locking nut of a different manufacturer to convert condenser with 1 1/2″ thread to a triclover mount attachment. The adaptor requires a 1 1/2″ Seal to make a sound join.

The Still Spirits Create+ Threaded Adapter Set converts a DN40 (or 1 ½ " BSPP) threaded connection to a 2" tri-clamp connection. The Threaded Adapter Set allows you to convert your existing Still Spirits Alembic or T500 distilling setups to connect to 2" tri-clamp accessories.

Ceramic raschig rings are a highly effective and low-cost material to pack your reflux column with.
We typically recommend that people use 450-500g of copper packing and 1kg of ceramic raschig rings together for packing a condenser.

The mesh pieces supplied in this pack have the specifications of all being 30g +/- 1g, to ensure that the correct packing density is achieved in the column. They have been stretched and manipulated to break short strands to ensure even distribution and compaction in the condenser.

The Output Cooler cools the spirit as it exits the Reflux Condenser.
