FermZilla - 55L Fermenter
The new FermZilla Gen2 in a whopping 55L, brought to you by the critical key minds and engineers behind the original Gen1, but with all the tweaks that make it the most cost effective conical fermenter to date!
The new FermZilla is a revolution in home brewing allowing home brewers and small micro-breweries a level of control that meets everyones budget. With the FermZilla you have the many of the benefits of a much more expensive stainless conical fermenter but with the additional benefit of being able to see the fermentation process in action and also ferment at pressures up to 2.4bar (35psi). -
Diammonium Phosphate ( DAP ) - 200g
Food grade diammonium phosphate (DAP). This is pure fermentable nitrogen and phosphorus to help provide a healthy fermentation in low nutrient washes. A key ingredient for many sugar-based distilling washes but can be useful in any fermentation where yeast nutrients need to be added.
The Ted's Fast Ferment Vodka recipe requires 1/2 teaspoon for a 23L wash with 4kg of sugar.

Ss Brew Bucket (26L) Stainless Fermenter
The Ss Brew Bucket - a quality fermenter made from brewer's grade 304 stainless steel, and includes an integrated racking arm / ball valve assembly, stackable design, and conical bottom. This is the 26 litre model.
The Brew Bucket's conical bottom allows trub to settle out nicely in a more concentrated space and has the effect of minimising the surface area of your beer that is contact with the trub during ferment, which helps to minimise "off" flavours in your beer.
