The Pot Still Alembic Condenser is best used with the T500 Boiler (or a Grainfather!) and the Pot Still Alembic Dome Top.
You can use this with the T500 Boiler (or Grainfather) without the Pot Still Alembic Dome Top - this it fits on to the lid of the T500 Boiler (you can also buy that lid separately if you want to use it with your Grainfather). The Alembic Dome gives you better flavour however.
A pot still retains the flavour rather than stripping it out by refluxing - however you usually have to do two or more distilling runs to get a clean spirit at the right strength.

The Still Spirits Create+ Alembic Dome is designed to produce high quality distilled water, hydrosols, and flavoursome spirits. When paired with the Still Spirits Create+ Alembic Condenser and the Create+ Boiler 25 L or Grainfather G30 (all sold separately), the Alembic Dome produces distilled water, hydrosols, and flavourful spirits.
Its copper construction and domed shape is able to capture and enhance the flavours and aromas in a wash, simultaneously stripping away unwanted compounds. This makes it ideal for crafting high quality whiskey, bourbon, rum, and gin.
The Alembic Dome comes with a 2" tri-clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter for easy connection to 2" tri-clamp accessories, providing the ability to trial different distilling configurations. This adapter can be removed from the dome for use with older model threaded Still Spirits condensers.
