Still Spirits Top Shelf Select Classic VSOP
Distinguished and smooth, with subtle grape fragrances and a delicate colour. Ideal for adding to a neutral spirit or vodka to create a premium top shelf taste experience.
Mixing Instructions:
Add the contents of one sachet contents to 1.125 L (1.2 US qt) of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Rinse out any remaining flavouring from the sachet with some of the alcohol.

Still Spirits Top Shelf Apricot Brandy
This essence makes a brandy liqueur that has the fresh taste of infused fresh apricots.
Add essence and 645ml Alcohol @ 40% to Still Spirits Liqueur Base "B" (sols separately). Alternatively 250ml Sugar and 100ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125 L with water.

Spirit essence, 50ml. Creates a clear spirit with a distinctive agave taste, and strong peppery bite.
Shake well and add essence to 2.25L of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka. Makes three 750ml bottles.

Still Spirits Top Shelf Ruby Port
A velvety ruby style port, with great elegance and perfume. Best served at 12-16C.
Dissolve a packet of Still Spirits Liqueur Base "B" in one bottle / 750ml of red wine (Merlot). Add this essence and 770ml of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka. Top up to 2.25L with water. Add sugar to taste if a sweeter port is desired. Makes three 750ml bottles.
