For fermentation of alcohol to make dark liquor spirits (e.g. Whiskey, Brandy and Dark Rum) using the Mangrove Jack's Boiler or Grainfather Brewing System with the Pot Still Alembic Dome Top and Copper Condenser.

For fermentation of sugar, malt extract, or grain mash for distillation of Whiskey spirit using the Mangrove Jack's Boiler or Grainfather Brewing System with the Pot Still Alembic Dome Top and Copper Condenser.

For fermentation of alcohol to make light/white liquor spirits (e.g. Vodka, Gin, White Rum etc) using the Mangrove Jack's Boiler or Grainfather Brewing System with either the Turbo 500 Stainless Steel Condenser or Turbo 500 Copper Condenser. If making White Rum, use the Pot Still Alembic Dome Top and Copper Condenser.

Derived from a highly peated all malt whisky, with strong phenolic character and oak base found in only the best single malts. 40ml. Flavours 1.125ml.

A selected blending of single malt and grain spirit extracts to provide the traditional aroma and flavour of scotch. 40ml. Flavours 1.125 litres.

Mix together and shake well.

This 50ml bottle of flavour essence is enough to make 5 litres of spirit. Add 7.5mL per 750mL alcohol @ 40%. Add 11.25mL per 1125mL alcohol @ 40%. You can use home-distilled spirit or store-bought vodka.

A blend of single malt and straight grain flavours with oak. 50ml bottle. Flavours 5 litres.
