This essence is an earthy root blend with fruity, herbal notes - herbal tones complemented by sweet, floral aromas.

This essence makes clean white rum.

Add 7.5mL per 750mL alcohol @ 40%. Add 11.25mL per 1125mL alcohol @ 40%. Mix together and shake well. Makes 5 litres

The Turbo 500 Stainless Steel Condenser and Turbo 500 Copper Condenser can be used directly with the Turbo 500 Boiler instead of the Alembic Dome Top and Alembic Condenser, but make sure to remove the saddles first.
