The Large Copper Parrot Head is a distiller’s parrot that provides the convenience of continuous, real-time, in-line ABV measurement of the spirit as it comes out of the still. Designed for use with the T500 Reflux and Alembic Distillery Systems, this proofing parrot will let you track the ABV of your distillate without having to take samples along the way. This allows you to closely monitor the quality of the distillate and determine where to take cuts or stop your distillation.

Compatible with the Pure Distilling reflux condenser. 

500mm copper extension to adapt to any the pure distilling boiler lid (60MM / 2" hole).

Increase spirit purity and strength with this 500mm copper Extension. Adapts to Triclover hardware for a reflux still.

Lead free brass tri-clamp adaptor is attached to the boiler lid with the original locking condenser nut from a T500.
This will convert the condenser "with any 1 1/2″ thread" to a tri-clover mount attachment.
The adaptor requires a 1 1/2″ gasket to make a seal.

Lead free brass adaptor, screws into the base of a condenser with 1 1/2″ thread to convert to a triclover mount attachment. The adaptor (similar to the DN40) has a screen to hold the condenser packing in place.
