For a Pacific Pale Ale, we recommend you add 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light malt extract . To boost the Pacific fruit and citrus aromas, add up to 200g of Australian hops like Galaxy, US hops like Citra or Cascade, or NZ hops like Nelson Sauvin.
