Black Rock has now added a Liquid Brewing Sugar product to the range. This 100% maltose syrup product is for first stage fermentation of our Beers and Cider. This product is a gluten free, medium sweet, high maltose glucose syrup produced from maize.

Ideal for brewing pale or dry style beers like Black Rock Mexican or Dry Lagers, and also useful for boosting alcohol content without imparting extra sweetness.
