Wine making kit containing 10L of grape juice from Australia to create a Shiraz style wine with flavours of blackberry, sweet spice and leather.
Syrah, aka shiraz, is typically full-bodied and tannic. It's made as both a varietal wine, especially in Australia, and used in blends, most famously from France's Rhône region. It pairs with many foods, especially lamb, peppered meats and brisket.
