What does this flavouring add to spirit distilled from a sugar wash?
It adds a spicy, dry vodka character to a prepared neutral spirit, giving it a flavour closer to traditional grain-style vodka. Flavouring is optional if you already enjoy your unflavoured spirit; choose this one when you want that particular taste. Prepare and dilute the spirit base first, as flavouring adds taste and does not replace the spirit preparation steps.
