Still Spirits Top Shelf Cherry Brandy
Brandy liqueur with sweet cherry flavour balanced with the almond flavour from the kernel.
Add essence and 645ml Alcohol @ 40% to Liqueur Base A (made up as per Liqueur Base A instructions). Alternatively 150ml Sugar and 100ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125L with water.

Just made this batch up from a great brew that was brewed 6 months ago and now has a great taste added with base A included. Used the ultrasonic mixer which left no part unmixed and the taste was superb, letting it settle down for the next few weeks and then get even better taste. Would highly recommend for a brew that was settled and. Just leave it in a large jar at 80 percent for 6 months and then water down to 40 percent before adding flavors.
