Still Spirits Create+ Thermowell 90° Elbow Section

The Create+ Thermowell 90° Elbow Section is designed for use with 2” tri-clamp compatible distilling systems. The stainless steel 90° elbow section with a thermowell integrates into a modular distilling system, redirecting vapour flow while enabling temperature monitoring.

INSTRUCTIONS: Insert 90° Elbow Section into your distilling system ensuring the silicone gasket is placed in the tri-clamp connection. Secure with a tri-clamp. Secure your thermometer's sensor probe in the thermowell by using the provided plastic and silicone sleeves and the stainless steel nut. If not using a probe, seal off the thermowell using the provided stainless steel cap and O-ring.

CLEANING BEFORE USE: Rinse all components with fresh, clean water before the first distillation run.

CLEANING AFTER USE: If needed, thoroughly rinse the section to remove any wash or debris. Use a non-scented brewery cleaner and a soft brush to remove any stubborn debris.

CAUTION: After distillation is complete, the surface will be very hot. Allow to cool before handling.
