Excellent Kit
I have purchased two of these kits now and surprisingly they were easy to make without too much fuss. Easy instructions started at 1060 and fermented in about 10 days to 995 Racked it twice over another week used the fining’s and cleared nicely. Bottled and hid it from the Mrs for a week before I let her taste it. Even though it was a very young wine. She liked it a lot and told me it was sipping a summer wine. Only problem is now she does not want to drink anything else.
