Removes yeast cells, degasses, and eliminates impurities from a fully fermented wash, preventing off-flavours during boiling and reducing the risk of foaming.

Treats one 25L wash.

Instructions:

• Stir the wash vigorously to remove gas.
• Add Part A of this sachet, stir well, then leave for one hour.
• After one hour, stir Part B of this sachet gently into the wash.
• Leave for 24 hours, then transfer the wash to your boiler. We recommend siphoning the wash or transferring via the tap, ensuring no yeast cells are moved to the boiler.
