This Red Ale pours a warm amber-red colour and delivers caramel and toffee malt flavours with a slightly dry finish.

Brew it as a Low or Mid-strength beer, from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV.

Dry Hopping (Optional)
This beer is naturally malt-forward, so dry hopping isn’t essential.
However, adding 15g of East Kent Goldings, Fuggle, or Magnum can introduce pleasant sweet, floral, and spicy notes.
