Pilsner Blonde – Clean, Crisp, European-Style Pilsner

This Pilsner Blonde pours a light, pale colour and delivers a clean, refreshingly dry finish, just like a classic European pilsner.

Brew it as a Low or Mid-strength beer anywhere between 2.6% and 4.8% ABV.

For an even drier, lower-carb beer, simply add a sachet of glucoamylase enzyme with the yeast.
