Classic Lager – Refreshing, Light, and Easy-Drinking

This classic lager is crisp, refreshing, and pale in colour, with a clean, balanced hop finish. It’s exceptionally sessionable and can be brewed anywhere from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV.

For a drier, lower-carb beer, simply add a sachet of glucoamylase enzyme along with the yeast.
