The recommended powdered steriliser for wine-making equipment. It’s preferred in winemaking because it helps protect delicate flavours, prevents oxidation, and controls unwanted microbes without leaving harsh residues. Ideal for fermenters, syphons, bottles, and winemaking tools.

Instructions:
Wash cleaned equipment in a solution of 40 g Potassium Metabisulphite to 4.5 L of warm water. Allow equipment to stand for 30 minutes to dry, then rinse with clean cold water.

Ingredients: Potassium Metabisulphite 100%.
