Blackstrap molasses is derived from sugar cane and loaded with many nutritional benefits. It is the highest and most nutritious grade of molasses and contains essential minerals including calcium, iron, potassium and magnesium.

Blackstrap molasses is used for making rum - perfect for fermentation with rum distiller's yeast.

It can also be used for baking, making some dark beers and brewing natural soft drinks.
