Black Rock Classic Wheat is a golden wheat beer with a fruity flavour. This refreshing, lively beer has been brewed with 52.8% New Zealand wheat and 47.2% pilsner malt. NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added at the boil to provide a moderate bitterness to this concentrated brewery wort.

Brew with 1kg Black Rock Liquid Brewing Sugar (or 1kg other sugar) for a classic Wheat beer finish. For more body and colour use 1.7kg Black Rock Wheat unhopped malt extract instead of sugar.
