Black Rock Crafted Wakatu Pilsener Beerkit 1.7kg
Black Rock Crafted Wakatu Pilsener has been brewed with 100% New Zealand pilsner malt. NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added at the boil to provide a moderate bitterness. The wort is dry-hopped to infuse the citrus and subtle floral aromas of Wakatu hops into the final beer. Wakatu is the Maori name for Nelson, New Zealand’s famous hop growing region.

Manuka toffee
2 cans with 21 ltrs water, bohemian M84 yeast pressure fermented at 10 psi for 4 weeks. OG 1048 FG 1008. Lagered for 3 weeks at 1’C Fantastic result with an amber colour, malty rich aftertaste of manuka honey/ toffee. Would possibly add citra hopps to balance the sweetness? 10 out of 10!!
