Black Rock Classic Bohemian Pilsner Beerkit 1.7kg

Black Rock Bohemian Pilsner is a golden, premium Czech Pilsner with a fresh, hoppy bitterness, with Crystal specialty malt to provide body.

Brew with 1kg Black Rock Liquid Brewing Sugar (or 1kg other sugar) for a classic crisp finish. For more body, colour and malt flavour use 1.7kg Black Rock Ultralight unhopped malt extract instead of sugar.

SRM: 7 Malt: 91.5% Pilsner malt, 6.6% Crystal and 1.9% dark crystal malt
Hops, bittering: Green Bullet, Pacific Gem
ABV: 4.5% (approx. using 1kg Black Rock Liquid Brewing Sugar)
