I use Black Beauty in the 30L Digiboil. 6kgs sugar, to to 27L, at 40C stir in BB, set digiboil to 30C and leave it for 4 to 5 days. Never gets to 0.9 SG so I run it through still when 0.95 and get primo booze everytime. High % output. Fully recommend.
